I got my wrist x-rayed yesterday as my ostiopathe thought I might have broken a small bone in my hand. I hadn't but it's nice to see that I do in fact have bones.

I'm still suffering aches and pains from from my bike accident, it's even triggered off my RSI again. so I'm going to go and have my bones and muscles moved about by the bone and muscle manipulator, I just use the technical term but I can't remember how to spell it ;-)

Had the gas man around three times this week, well four actually and two different gas men. Monday Phillip checked the bolier, and I asked if he knew about the other work I'd asked to be done, of course he hadn't but he did book an appointment for the following day to fix one of my radiators to the wall, which his mate Jason helped him with, and changed the leaking and not leaking valves to themostastic ones. Tuesday he came and drained the system although it didn't drain properly but he did do all the work. Wednesday I woke up and spotted a damp patch under the radiator in my bedroom, I checked the others and the one in spare room was leaking a little too, so I booked another appointment. Thursday Jason turned up and asked what Phillip had done wrong, he redid two of the joints, while he was here I checked the other rads and discovered two of them had tiny leaks so he tightened those too and left. About 15 minutes after he'd gone I discovered the rad in the study was leaking again, worse than before he touched it. So I rang the gas up again and asked if they could send him back, they said he was still in the area so he returned and tighten it again and left. Four visits. The one in the study still drips a tiny tiny amount, 10 drips a day and the one in the hall drips even less than that about 1 drip a day, so I'm not going to worry about it, well not for the moment anyway. As I've gone for the service option I can call them up again and get them round and it wont cost me anything, but at the moment I'm not in the mood to spend another day off waiting around at home so I'll leave it for a bit, at least until they get worse ;-)
